McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheffield

What is there to say about ANY of the McDonald's restaurants.?. 🤔 Same company with the Same Look & Branding therefore... The Same Food... Different area. . .... 🤪 ...I guess the only thing left to review is the latest method of ordering & payment..?.. ...All or Most food places are now on Google Maps where you can usually find the menu & a link to download the App. McDonald's have an App that can be used to order (This can save time by eliminating queuing to order, collection & paying) & is the same as the Instore Touchscreen Order boards... 🫡 ...The Instore Touchscreen Order boards CAN also be used when paying with Cash, Make sure that you read the instructions properly when on the payment screen.!. 🔎🔬🔍 I think that there's still an option to ("Carry on with (Order & pay at counter)")?)

& Of Course Last but not Least. . .

● The General "Atmosphere / Ambience" or "Vibe"... 🕉🪬☯️

• The Drive through Service... Commonly with a timing of It's own, usually has a steady flow & keeps it's que moving... 😤🤬🤣 ...As for the Drivethrough & the "Atmosphere" @ McDonald's... ...It's Very Civilised & Very Effectively Policed.!. It Is The City Centre after al l & NOT really the best place for the RealFast, ReaFurious & RealDeadReally Trip.!. So I'm going to say is "NonApplicable" as People using this service usually (unless using the restrooms) stay in their car (hence the name 'Drivethrough' & don't have any influence on the Atmosphere indoors... •• The EatIn Customers from 1pm-8pm-ish are usually Friends'n'Families of all ages with a steady & gentle ambience to suit... ...From 9pm-ish The Atmosphere/Ambience following the age trend changing to 1830ish yrs old, Later in the night, after the pubs/clubs close the atmosphere can get quite lively due to the lifted spirits 🍻 creating a sometimes giddy atmosphere...🤘🤪🍻🥴👌 ...BEING SITUATED On One of Sheffield's Busiest automotive multi-lane, staggered junctions amazingly Overlooked & Underestimated ESSENTIAL Arteries. Literally next door to 1 of Sheffield's biggest financial resources, Sheffield's Students & Sheffield"Granville"College, Granville Rd... 🤘😎👍 So, being both a drive through & seated restaurant it seems the popularity changes naught no matter the time, day or night. The Staff... Always polite & helpful The Overall Service...

This is the first time I’ve visited this establishment since it has been converted with a portion of the restaurant dedicated to the Just Eat delivery service and Uber eats.

which it seems quite busy with deliveries.

I estimate around eight months ago. this restaurant had a substantial refurb. upon using the touchscreen to order my eat in meal, I noticed that the turnover of customers collecting their food was not very fast.

A lot of people waiting about.

. I don’t know whether they had fallen asleep in the kitchen ( joking) lol. or they were prioritising the Uber orders?

out of all the McDonald’s across the country. this one has the longest waiting time. you can guarantee it. 15 minutes of my life wasted because of the management style in this McDonald’s is discombobulated.

They might be short staffed? for all I know? it needs sorting out.

Customers arnt going to put up with this for long if it’s a Thing at this branch?

I’m not surprised there’s two bounces on the door. Possibly people may get frustrated or die of starvation? Who knows.? but security spot on. they were very courteous. The dining area staff were also courteous. When I said after 10 minutes keep it I wasn’t bothered it’s quicker to go Other McDonalds! Lol.

then my order appeared in a couple of minutes.

so Please sort it out area manager as obviously the current situation is not good and word will soon spread that you’re waiting forever at farm Road, McDonald’s.

One think I must say, which is a positive. Zack on the dining area was very courteous and chilled me out as I was starving. . I really like him. He deserves a promotion staff like him, golden. To be honest they all decent. Just understaffed or...

HORRIBLE!! ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING! (JUST BEFORE START THE WORKPLACE WAS DISGUSTING, ICING MACHINE ALL DIRTY, sauces everything split. Restaurant empty dirty tables! Staff member walking trough the kitchen and blowing the nose !Litterally cleaning the nose!) And i am not saying this because i am a d**. First Starting from the deliveries i used to order some food sometimes from (Ubereats) in 8 orders 1 came correct! Or wrongs sauces, if i pay for sour cream dip ,they send it to me BBQ, if i ask for no sauces on the burger they send it with sauces!... PLEASE TODAY 15th/05/2018 at 00:40 went for my dinner with my miss. Request 1 happy meal and extra cheeseburger and she ask for the special American. First the burgers was dry, very dry even like this my partner she ate and request for a bigmac sauce what they gave it to us. NOW WE went home and after 10 min ,we have been vomiting everything YES FOOD POISINING!!!!! WHY??? 100%sure that the burger was not fresh, the letuce/roket on the american burger was unwashed. Which my partner remove from the burger.
