The taste of tradition — Restaurant in Sheffield

Been here on a numbe rof occasions now. An absolute delight every time we go wether it’s with friends or Family.

Great place for some humble food. The chicken wings and the lamb chops are my favourite for starters and the Kaka (Baby) chicken is probably the best grilled chicken I have had. Its really tender and juicy full of flavour with their house mix sauce.

When u go down, make sure to try their speciality, Chicken donner. You will not find anything like it anywhere else, trust me.

My kids love the burgers and they are not wrong in making that choice.

Overall a lovely place for all to enjoy some nice freshly made food and as it is a family run business, you get treated like family.

Will be visiting soon to have some more goodness.

Nice restaurant in terms of decor, limited parking spaces and is located at the rear. The food although ok is below par for this type of restaurant, the food at present is no different to a nearby cheap takeaway (grill items only, I have not tried the curries). The differance being it's all served on a plate instead of a takeaway box. The chicken was dry, the seekh kebab did not taste fresh and the plate was loaded with far too much sauce. You will be easily enticed by the description on the menu to expect much more. I'd recommend to The Express, improve the quality of the food, and I'm sure more people would be attracted...

Having made multiple trips over the years from Sheffield to the famous Bradford establishment I was skeptical the Karahi dishes would not meet the standards set. Im ecstatic to say it most definitely does!

With regards to curry I can confidently say there is no other Indian/Pakistani or Kashmiri restaurants or indeed takeaways in Sheffield that can compete. This restaurant simply blows away the competition.

It is a privilege to have this restaurant in our city and I would implore anyone that hasn’t tried this...
