Delivery driver is arrogant and rude, incompetent in finding the address then arguing that he’s not parking in the space as it’s too small - a van could fit in. I had to walk outside and wait for him, he then told me he has been down the road 4 times and I am a liar that I have not been waiting for him. When calling the store, they had me on hold for 13 minutes then hung the phone up. When calling back I told them that I did not even receive all my order No drink! All he was concerned about is what happened and what his driver had said and told me sometimes we need to help the drivers out? What pay for delivery to have to wait outside when driver is not there and then to be told he will not park there is no space. I showed him spaces he then said he will not scratch his rims and that he already done that before! Why be a delivery driver if you cannot do the job or drive. Manager had no customer service skills either telling me to bring the pizza to him when I already said this to the driver! I said I want to see my refund first as I already paid online. Yet I cannot get this and was told I can have a voucher for next time. I informed there will not be a next time with this branch. Rude staff who do not care about their customers. They want to take your money and then have no skips to communicate with you. I have been ordering here for many years, but will not be spending my money with this franchise. They give Domino’s a bad name. Telling us to come to the store!!! Absolutely rude staff. Manager has no people skills and did not want to hear what I had to say dismissive and disgusting behaviour. Spend your money at the Langley branch, they are polite, not rude. Food is always fresher and piping hot too. Slough branch has really gone down hill over these past years. I asked for a delivery update, and they acted like I was asking them to climb Mount Everest—completely unhelpful and uninterested. I’ve had cardboard with more flavor than the so-called “pizza” from Domino’s. I ordered the "extra cheesy" pizza, and if by extra cheesy, they meant "barely a sprinkle," then sure, they nailed it. The crust was like chewing on a rubber tire, and don’t even get me started on the sauce. It tasted like a mix of ketchup and regret. The toppings? Once about a year ago, I went into the store to order a pizza but they refused to accept cash from me but they accepted it from the customer behind me. He was white, im not.
My family like pizza so we have been ordering about once a week for a couple of years but last September they really failed us. Now they owe me over £20 for the disgusting food they delivered.
The quality of the food and the service has drastically deteriorated in the last 18 months. Now my family refuse to eat anything from there.
They offered me a store voucher instead of a FULL cash refund then refused to honour it. The staff are rude, aggressive and unprofessional.
I notice from other reviews that they have a habit of promising vouchers then ignoring their unfortunate customers. This is a breach of UK Consumer law.
So now I'm taking them to court. I have already submitted the case to the small claims court.
They refused to respond to all the emails, phone calls and letters we have sent warning them of immediate court action. So we have no other option.
If only they were honest and trustworthy we would all avoid this hassle. Just GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. OTHERWISE WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK....
