If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered from Herbies Pizza Slough and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

• Took forever to arrive • Food was cold and tasted awful • Missing the bottle of Coke I paid for – driver promised to return with it, never came back • But worst of all? Me and my best friend have been violently ill ever since. I’m literally writing this while sweating on the toilet in agony, completely blocked up and in serious pain. It’s like this food is attacking us from the inside out.

Sad to say... this place is rubbish.. totally rubbish. Can’t believe they can be so bad. Order burgers over the counter from the displayed menu on the glass door. 1- over charged me from the displayed price. Even confirming first. 2- worse burgers ever.. under cooked. No flavour at all 3- worse customer service.. no customer service at all. Staff have no clue what customer is saying and what they need. 4- rude staff... when told them about above to point out their mistake to manager (not sure if he was actual manager) Was very rude. I feel sorry for the owner but this place is mess. Please don’t go to waist your money, time and risk...

Used to love this place as a kid, ordered food about 2 hours ago and rang up to see where it is. Apparently something went wrong and it's been marked as delivered when it's not, even though "we can send out another it will be about 30 minutes". We asked for reimbursement for the food as well as having it delivered, seems fair when having waited for 2 whole hours without any sort of update whatsoever. Currently waiting for the food yet again and will be asking deliveroo to assist in getting our money back. Also pizzas are greasy as hell, dripping with sweat, look under them and see the circular stain it leaves... dominos next...
