Lebanese Grill — Restaurant in Slough

First visit and super disappointed!! Ordered half a chicken with rice (£4.50) a large chicken shish and 2 drinks - paid £11.90 anyway the guy who serves the food - (dark hair at the top grey on the sides) is so rude, horrible people skills! Anyway got in the car started eating my kebab and i was like this does not taste like chicken ... so after debating i went back in and spoke to a guy who confirmed that it was lamb not chicken and told the guy who prepared my kebab that he gave me the wrong order.. and that’s when this silly man started asking me weird questions.. ‘what was in the kebab’ - what type of lamb, he said lamb and chicken is the same thing.. telling me i ordered a small shish not large etc making me feel stupid that i went back in to complain.. then he just ‘threw’ the kebab on the counter and didn’t say a word not even sorry!!!! First and last vist! The first guy who served me was really nice and sweet and thank you to the guy that changed the kebab for me but the guy who serves food should not be dealing with customers!!!! Food was very tasty (chicken was a bit chewy so if it was cooked longer woud of been perfect)and everything else apart from that guy was great! 3 stars for the food 1 star for the guy who...

Very disappointing place. The service is incredibly poor.

Firstly, we had to ask three times for tap water, before being told by one staff that they did not provide it, in spite of openly contradicting his colleagues.

Secondly, after a half hour wait for the food, they did not supply a spoon for the rice nor knives to cut the chicken with. We were only given forks (not very clean-looking). So how were we supposed to serve ourselves rice or eat with only one-handed cutlery?

Third, the chicken was undercooked. By this time, we asked for the bill, in the vain hope that they would salvage some dignity by offering us a discount and that we might be able to eat elsewhere. No such luck, looked like they were going to be tactless to the last. Of course, we did pay the bill, only to be questioned at the door, "Did we pay?" We were incredulous. No interest from them in whether we enjoyed the meal or, if not why not.

Do yourself a favour and find another place. Even if the food is tolerable, the attitude of the staff made our food taste sour. The tea, when it did come, carried a piece of meat hanging on the...

I would say I've never come across such rude and unprofessional people as Lebanese grill slough staff. Ordered Greek salad through Uber and specifically mentioned in comments section that it is a Greek salad also called up the restaurant personally to inform about the order I was assured that it will be Greek salad , but when the order arrived it was some rubbish salad , called up restaurant spoke to staff and informed them that I've received wrong order it is not Greek salad , reply from staff member " we know that it's not Greek salad .. my reply so will you change it or send a fresh order of Greek salad .. reply from staff no we don't this .. my reply but that's not fair on me .. reply from staff I can't help you .. my reply I won't order again from your restaurant. again..... staff reply that's ok we have enough customers don't order again 😳.

I would advise don't use this restaurant to people who like labnese food . I won't even give one start to...
