CONS: While my encounter with McD's food was a mind-blowing symphony of flavors, it breaks my heart to admit that their "Little People, BIG DREAMS" Dot-to-Dot activity was as lifeless as a wilted daisy. It was so basic that the end result left me as unsatisfied as a puppy chasing its tail.
Now, let's talk about their "Ace Mace." It didn't completely rock my socks off, but it managed to avoid being a total disaster. However, let's be real, folks—there's still room for improvement. Come on, McD's, time to step...
Read moreFirst time using McDonalds since lockdown and having visited this branch, I'll probably wait until 2021 to visit again.
TLDR: Not a very friendly McDonalds, one staff member was not courteous, felt his conversation with his colleague was more important than a customer waiting at the window. The manager has a view every one of his customers is a thief and even though McDonalds have a digital ordering system; it is not fit for purpose or the Manager is too thick to understand it.
I ordered using the app, arrived at the drive-thru and let the person at the other end know I had pre-ordered and paid. I was 'told' not asked to wait.
I minute later I was asked if he could help, at which point I repeated I had ordered and paid via the app. 'Come to the next window,' no please or courtesy in the voice.
Once at the pay window, the chap was too busy talking to a colleague and ignored me, as I had already paid via the app, I drove to the pick up window.
I let the person know I was here to pick up an order at which point Mr Rude and too busy to serve customer came rushing claiming I had not paid. I asked for the Manager, explained a 4th time I had ordered and paid via the app to be told to drive to a waiting bay.
A couple of minutes later, he appears, no food and insist I pay. I state I had already paid via the app to which he did no believe me and stated that other people had tried this trick. I had to prove through Apple Pay payment had been made. To which I was told the food would be with me shortly.
5-10 minutes, he comes back out with the food and as he walks away I ask about the drinks. Surprised, he decides to not believe and check my back seats and question why I had not been given the drinks!
He goes off, and then a few minutes later he comes back out with the drinks and...
Read moreI visited this place today with my family, 4 kids and wife. Ordered 2 fillet o fish meals 2 large fries and kids meal. I received the order at the counter without trays as I selected the pick up at counter option. I was given my order without trays so I asked for 2 trays. The guy at the counter gave 1 tray and walked away I said need 2 trays then he started smiling and walked away. I said hey come here I need one more tray. I did not use a word I just raised my voice little so I can get his attention back Then he pulled another tray. I was fine with that. Then a guy outside counter he said you don’t have to talk in that manner. I said who are you he said he is also an employee of McDonald’s but don’t work here. I said I am not talking to you at all why you have to talk to me. Then he started arguing with me. What made me very disappointed is managers there was taking his side and not treating well as customer. I just went to my table asked wife to take the order and we eat in the car as I did not want to sit there and eat with what had happened and not treated well as customer. We left without eating and with my kids hungry and order cold. What a place McDonald’s have now become very sad. Then I make my family sat in the car and managers saying we are sorry with what happened. Not that I wanted an apology but they let the unauthorised person, who said he is an employee of other branch and off duty. Managers names are Bryan and Salman. They didn’t have their name badge on shirt but I side the pocket. I don’t know the name of employee of...
