The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. I booked my reservation online and they quickly confirmed. I am a wheelchair user and they was so accommodating for me. They got the door for me when I arrived and had a table ready that my chair could wheel right up to. All the staff was so polite and kind. The food was absolutely gorgeous! One of the best Indian meals I have had. The atmosphere was peaceful, with slight music in the background which nicely complemented the evening. Was just an amazing night out. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Will definitely be going back for more special occasions.

Good food and reasonally priced. Ordered 3 different curries, the korma, ceylon and masala. Great flavours although not spicy enough for my personal taste. Overall good experience, although the customer service was not the best. Waited a while for the servers to give us the menu and the food.

For £11.20 and this is the portion. 8 pieces of lamb is ABSOLUTE ATROCIOUS. Ridiculous small portion of curry. Look at it 🤯🙄😠 SHOCKING. If there were -5 for scoring, I would've input it on my reviews so I had to go with the lowest scoring. And that's being generous.

In cambourne , the Indian restaurant “chutney joes" exudes an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with a warm welcome from the attentive and courteous staff.

The interior decor is chic and modern, with rich hues of red and gold creating a luxurious ambiance. The soft lighting adds to the cozy and intimate feel of the restaurant, making it the perfect place for a special occasion or a romantic dinner.

But what really sets Chutney Joes apart is its exceptional cuisine. The menu is an exciting blend of traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist, all made using the freshest ingredients and spices. The flavors are bold and robust, with each dish showcasing the depth and complexity of Indian cooking.

The appetizers are a must-try, with the crispy samosas and succulent tandoori chicken skewers being standout dishes. For the main course, the lamb rogan josh and butter chicken are absolute must-haves. The flavors are perfectly balanced and the meat is cooked to perfection, making every bite a true delight.

The dessert menu is just as impressive, with the delicate rose and cardamom flavored kulfi and the creamy mango lassi being the perfect way to end a fabulous meal.

Overall, Chutney joes is a fine dining experience that is not to be missed. From the elegant decor to the exceptional cuisine, this Indian restaurant is truly a gem. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. If you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Chutney joes is the...

Well straight away got off on a wrong foot, I think the one who I first dealt with was possibly the owner (walked around like he was anyway) waiting for a takeaway telling me two minutes when it was another 10-15 (little tip if it’s going to take that long be straight up a “couple minutes” covers about 5 minutes… we ordered from here as trying new places out after a move to Cambourne and can honestly say it was the worst curry I’ve ever had, we came to this one as they have some good reviews well not this time I’m afraid… the korma I don’t know what that “chicken” was or how long it has been cooked or what was going on but that wasn’t even edible! Korma sauce had no taste it did not even have that vibrant look they usually have it just looked dead. Tikka masala a bit better edible ish… good naan bread, good rice (it’s rice though not sure you can mess with that to much) poppadoms were great… Mrs food she had a few bites and gave up… I’m sure they are a lovely bunch of people they’ve got some good reviews so maybe it was an off day but i definitely wouldn’t return and fuming I wasted so much...

Its noe 2025 and I tried again here adter a long break. Had a party for 4 and there was only one other couple in restuarant: They recently updated the decor looks a whole lot better. But alas the service was poor they brought out the wrong orders twice and the starter came after the mains, which came at different times due to the order mistakes, the food was ok but the chicken was tough. After the errors in the order, I asked for the service charge to be removed. The owner stated that the service charge was compulsory and was quite rude. Sorry if I sound a moan but when I'm spending North of £90 on a meal I do expect a bit better. And a note for the owner. A service charge is generally not compulsory in the UK, especially in restaurants. While it's often presented as a mandatory addition to the bill, customers can typically ask for it to be removed, particularly if they weren't happy with the service or food. It's considered a discretionary payment, similar to a tip, and there's no obligation to pay. WONT...
