Costa Coffee — Restaurant in South Cambridgeshire

Went for a latte and wanted to use my £1 off voucher today ( the one that is available just today! ). I only selected this one when scanning the code from the Costa app. I was asked if I wanted to use my voucher, I said yes but they took one of my free drinks vouchers instead. The other barista noticed the error made by the person at the till and even said "No, not that one!" but then proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do since it "just went through the system"!

So basically I lost the £1 off voucher ( which again, is only available for today ) and used a free drink voucher without wanting to do so.

The attitude of the barista was very poor, she basically said I didn't loose anything because it was a free drink. It was a free drink I earned!

Very, very dissapointed!

I stop at Cambridge north costa every morning and get my morning coffee, as the website says this Costa is open and serving at 7am… My train is at 7:15 when on time, so I have a limited time slot to grab a quick drink, in the last month, it has now happened to me 3 times, a certain member of your staff (young male, Asian decent) arrives well before 7am but doesn’t open the shutters until 7am and then has to stock the shelves and get prepped to start serving, I left it till 7.10am this morning still waiting to get served and the man was turning people away saying he’s not ready for another 15 mins, so for the 3rd time now with the same member of staff I had to go with out, but most mornings I arrive a 7 and other members of staff. they are open and serving, this one member of your staff is a...

Absolutely disgusting, a member of the public sat down at the coffee tables outside as she had heat stroke. The costa staff decided to call the police on the young lady for sitting outside not caring about the lady’s wellbeing. Alongside this a Caucasian individual sat outside for 5 minutes during this incident who also did not purchase any products yet they were not reported!
