I gave this Subway a few chances, but to no avail.
Young lad is using his phone while serving customers and saying he hates working here... They shut early and hide in the back in the store around 8pm until 9pm shutting time....
First time I went in a bearded man serviced me, he seemed very unhappy and wanted to let me know about how bad his day was, and that "I only work here because my partner does, I also work at Toyota". I told him what my order was, and he seemed to want to skip on everything from the meat to the salad and, at the end, charged me double for bacon even though I had ordered a Chicken All Star, which the bacon is included... When I realised this, after walking to my car, I went back in, to his reply, "Sorry I don't make the tills. I can't give you a refund. "...
I was in a rush, so I just left, ate my food, and got to work.
2nd time, I went in there was an Asian lady who served me, who was alright, and talked to. She said something funny and we both laughed, at that moment the large man with the beard came out from the back and just stared at me, I said hello and he said nothing other than a gormless slightly angry look at me. He wanted to do the salad and sauce part of my sandwich (a honey and mustard bbq). When it came to the sauce, I asked for just lots of mayo, please... he put one and a half lines on it then said, "If you want anymore, you will have to pay more. "... to my reply, "The sandwich comes with 2 sauces, so I'll just have double mayo, thanks. ".. his partner staring at him because he was just trying to be awkward because of his insecurities. I think of customers speaking to his partner, probably why he feels he needs to work with her. He tried charging me again for the bacon only for his partner to remind him, "No bacon is included with the honey mustard and bbq subway.
When i got back to my car there was hair in my sandwich!!! I started having a reaction on the way home after eating the subway, as I'm gluten intolerance, and I don't think he changed his gloves or wiped down before serving me...
Poor hygiene Lazy sloppy male staff member -Over charging for subways and not knowing menu items. shutting early to have couples time in the back. -using phone and watching sport while serving customers. Negative poor attitude
And over unclean and crap experience in the store. So basically, just avoid this store until head office do something about it...

Read moreThey have new pouch things that my sandwich was put into which squashed it a bit and kinda made it look unappetising. But then again I might have been using it wrong, so who knows. Also, Subway changed their menu so there are standard salad bits and you have to pay extra if you want more jalapenos or something - then their 'secondary menu' is the subway we all actually like. So nothing wrong with this subway in particular, but I've not been to subway for a while and these two changes irked me somewhat. I would now think again before returning...
Read moreI’m slightly confused, I pulled up at the store at 840pm noting closing is at 9pm, after the bloke and lady saw me pull up they ran and locked the door and hid in the back. I am almost certain this was a teen romance! Forgive me when Twilight came out, I was combing my hair !
I think someone’s baguette was being toasted, alas on this occasion I had to accept that true romance was more important then my footlong!!!
