Let me start by saying the guy who served us was wonderful. So last time we came it was such an amazing experience I couldn't wait to go back when next visiting the in laws. Last time the gluten free vegan pizza was a 12 inch and it was amazing we ordered 3 and said next time we would share. So this visit was a let down we ordered 3 gluten free pizzas again as I starved myself all day in anticipation of the amazing pizza to be told they had one gluten free base as me and my partner are both celiac we decided to share and our mother in law changed her order. The pizza came out and it was only a nine inch hardly any cheese and as the chips are not gluten free we had a side salad which was leaves with some onion and cucumbers. It wasn't the experience I was expecting we ate as we were starving but then went to room 101 to get a second on. The food is great! However, the attitude showcased by the supervisor that evening, (who I believe Is called Rowan) was inadequate, offensive and lamentable. He has no knowledge of what a driving lisence looks like, and refused to serve me alcohol in a rude manner (even though I am nearly 20 years old) saying 'do you think I'm an idiot'. I would expect someone in charge of service to be aware of what a driving license looks like. Moreover, after another college told him that I was indeed of age, and that my ID was legitimate, he continued to ignore my girlfriend and I all night and not even serve us a soft drink. Disgraceful considering we spent £50. Regardless of the ID situation... I would not expect for a supervisor to look you in the eye, and move onto the next customer after you have been waiting for near enough half an hour for a drink. A de-motion...

Been going here over 10 years and I’m not happy. The food is just not the same. The prices and my non alcoholic drink was £3.50.

So let’s run through my night. 2 Pizzas £12 Monday to whatever day it is Two or three toppings Fries Garlic and mayo sauce £34

Ouch. Not so cheap now is it. Not when you ad it all together.

Plus the pizzas were soggy and burnt round the edges.

The toppings really were the highlight of a bad pizza because they added them before the cheese. So if you can imagine soggy tomatoes / peppers / onions added really boiled then ad cheese and now what have you got mixed in with burnt edges of pizza.

We did so look forward to having dinner here and I was utterly devastated by the food.

Think new owners now own it - hope old owners buy it back - always been a nice place to go until now.

Shame - bitterly...
