Bombay Brasserie — Restaurant in South Kesteven

I have used BB many times. Twice I have put in notes special requests and twice the chefs has refused to make. Last request was to have no extra oil or gee put in the meal “where possible” and the order got canx. Fast forward to me calling them and the man was beyond rude. Hi even saying It’s a Saturday night and the chef won’t do your request for no oil! This was wrong I only asked where possible no added oils or gee both for health reason and I’m lactose intolerant therefore have to avoid such things. He was vexatious and argumentative absolutely awful experience. I went to namaste next door and asked the same and the food was beautiful… I strongly advise use...

Starter was lovely. We usually order chicken chaat and onion bhaji to share which we did here, it came but as we've normally received it. Tasty none the less. Onto the main.....chicken tikka masala and chicken dhansak. Chicken tikka tasted exactly like a Korma and I found garlic skin in there although not a taste of garlic in the curry. Very thick sauce and like warm. The dhansak was far too salty and again luke warm not alot of spice either. Dirty walls, filthy carpets and damp smelling loos. We were the only couple in here, it's not hard to see why. We did complain and were offered a different meal which we declined. We wouldn't recommend this...

Order placed to be delivered at 7.00 through just eat. Got notification to say it would be 7.30 and 8.00pm I phone to be told just eats times are wrong and they have no details to contact me , said it would be 15 mins at 8.20 pm I’m still waiting. Guy in shop said nothing he could do and I should take it up with just eat. Surely If just eat are offering a pants service. Why are they still using them. I ordered the week before and it was bang on time , night after in less than 30 minutes, no apologies at all. Not he best...
