Popped in to take advantage of free children's meal but ended up spending way more than wanted! Should have thought really! I had lasagne which after downloading app should have been discounted and added a bowl of leaves with balsamic vinegar and tomato's for £4.50 as who eats just lasagne! Daughter had burger and chips which was very good! Children get 2 courses so she had thenutella and dough sticks which was too hog when arrived burnt fingers but lush after cooled. When cane to pay if used free Childrens deal couldn't have app prices or my free reward dough balls which I found misleading as could have ordered on app but lady was very attentive just let her do ordering but more expensive but after 1hr45 mins we were done on our quick what should have been cheap lunch treat! Chilerens menu and glasses was cool but we won't be back...

No major complaints. Food is decent quality and big enough portions. Been at least once a month recently and consistent food quality.

Unfortunately service lets them down, they must be quite short-staffed as there is a bit of a wait between meals, being seated and asking for drinks, dessert menu, bill etc. Have to flag down staff several times - despite relatively speaking, not many customers in. Although staff are lovely and polite, albeit frazzled sometimes. As long as you have some company to chat with and aren't absolutely starving, this isn't really an issue, when I've been, it's approx. 15 mins wait between things, had just a main & 1 drink and was there about an hour and a half.

Booking page didn’t work which was a great start, and the phone booking service was appalling which wouldn’t let you book, suggested a different time, you chose that time and it went in a constant loop.

Not the best first start, but okay, we finally managed to book.

When explaining this as we weren’t sure if the booking had gone through to the what appeared to be the ‘head waiter’, we were rudely snapped at.

We let it slide. However, time and time again this waiter was rude and obviously thought customer service was a joke. Really really poor and fairly disappointing.

It wasn’t just us feeling this way, we overheard many people complaining about his poor attitude.
