Dont Lose Hope — Restaurant in South Kesteven

Lovely little café! Being from London, I felt a little lost in Bourne and didn’t really know where to go… Didn’t feel like going to generic franchise Costa Coffee and wanted to give the locals some support… I pushed the door and was warmly welcomed by the waitress. I ordered a latte and a slice of brownie and was invited to take a sit. When I realised my payment had been declined, I rushed to the counter to cancel my order but the waitress was super understanding and said she would cover the cost (!?). I apologised and thanked her profusely… The coffee was lovely and the brownie delightful! Not too sweet, just perfect!

I had a very relaxing time and enjoyed a few words with a customer. I finally managed to pay for my order and was happy to be able to leave a tip… Thank you all for your generosity and kindness! I’ll be back as soon as I have a chance to visit...

Beautiful and very Welcoming people You feel safe with. A Great place to go and have a one-to-one conversation with the Councillor you are with. They can deal with and Problems or Issues you want to Discuss in Private. Anything that you talk about is Confidential. They are your Friend and Supporter. Come along for a Coffee or Tea and some Food to have for yourself. You can get Good Honest Advice for You. I recommend you come and visit this Lovely Establishment. Jonathan....

Called in here again today for a Voffe, Pot of Tea & a piece of lovely 'homemade' cake. What an amazing local place - staffed by volunteers - that not only serves great 'homemade' food and very nice drinks, all served with a friendly face, but is helping a fantastic Cause - Mental Health. I don't know why anyone local would spend their money at an International Brand (and increase their large profits), when you can have better quality at "Don't Lose Hope" and help your local Community.
