Cavick House Farm — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Lovely little place. Friendly, staff. Beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately due to covid, couldn't sit inside the cafe and check that out but full marks for the experience I had. They do alternative milks for people that can't gave dairy or choose not to and vegan options with the cakes. Unsure about gluten free but with the variety they had, I'm sure they probably do cater for it. Fabulous egg dispensing machine, enabling you to pay by card and minimising thefts for them. Behind little windowed doors are different amounts of different sized eggs and you use the machine as you would a vending machine and leave with your box/boxes of eggs. Very cute little place to go for a small lunch/brunch. With a nice array of homemade food such as savoury filled bagels, cheese scones and muffins. Gluten free and vegan both catered for. Really nice coffee/tea selection with alternative milks available.

Seating outside is lovely, various little places to sit in, old horse box/shed style with heaters too as well as picnic benches on the gravel. The indoor barn seating area looked pretty too. We went on a sunny day so it was all really comfortable to be sat outdoors eating but I should imagine it might not be so nice on a rainy, windy cold day.

This a lovely Caravan and Motorhome Club CL farm site. A cafe is attached to the farm house with beautiful cakes and coffees and free range eggs for sale from an egg vending machine, ha ha never seen anything like it. Within easy walking distance of Wymondham Norfolk with its stunning Abbey, also lots of independent shops and a variety of pubs from medieval to modern gastro ones.
