Town Green Garden Cafe is an absolute gem that has quickly become my go-to spot for both the perfect cup of coffee and a truly delightful experience. The coffee is nothing short of exceptional – rich, flavourful, and brewed to perfection every single time. Whether you're a fan of a bold espresso or a smooth latte, they have mastered the art of crafting the perfect beverage. But it's not just the coffee that keeps me coming back – the food is equally outstanding. Their menu offers a fresh, creative range of options, from delicious pastries to hearty sandwiches, all made with top-quality ingredients and a real passion for flavour.

What really sets Town Green apart, though, is the staff. They are simply the best! Engaging, attentive, and always ready with a smile, they make you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. What I love most is their sense of humour – they are genuinely funny, quick with a joke or a witty remark that adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your visit. It's clear they love what they do, and that energy is infectious. It's rare to find a place that not only serves incredible coffee and food but also creates such a warm and joyful atmosphere. Beautiful friendly cafe with a great community vibe. Excellent selection of food, including cakes and snacks which can make it a tad tricky to make a choice from! I treated myself to the Avocado smash with poached eggs topped with feta cheese followed with a delicious carrot cake, didn’t intend to have the cake, sadly it just looked to delicious not to have and really did not disappoint. Highly recommend a visit to The Town Green Garden Cafe, it appears to cater well for all in society, young, old, restricted mobility, dogs, cyclists, fitness groups, reading groups, dietary requirements to include persons with allergies. All of this was witnessed in my overstay (blame the carrot cake!). Sorry but not as impressed as I’d liked to have been , yes the outside seating area is pleasant but really they should not let customers be smoking there so closely to others , whilst it may be the arrogance of smokers thinking it’s okay , it’s up to the owners to either clearly indicate no smoking 🚭 or make an area well away from other diners for those wishing to smoke . Also to be told you they had no crisps to accompany a ciabatta sounded silly to me , quality overall average , waited along time for two ciabattas and rather pricey...
