dominos has been very hit and miss for me. they are very inconsistent with their food, and have gotten lost on the way here multiple times, to the point you’d expect them note it down because my food generally is less hot when the delivery driver gets lost. pizzas are expensive and are lacking, normally very plain, dry, and don’t have enough cheese.
their wedges are sometimes okay, but a lot of the time they’re soft and not crispy. their wraps can be lovely but unfortunately it depends on who makes them, i’ve had great ones turn up and also ones that are just purely sauce with no filling and are incredibly thin. chicken is okay, but quite frankly a bit bland. its an alright place but definitely not the best fast food in diss, for that i’d recommend the chinese or...
Read moreCustomer service from dominos is shocking. We ordered a few pizzas and chicken to share between the family. Half the chicken pieces were absolutely tiny. Also one of the pizzas definitely wasn’t cooked properly. I went to customer support which they brushed it off telling me ‘that size of chicken is what we would normally expect’. The chicken was tiny… they must have extremely low standards if they allow food to go out like that. Wont be using again. If they had sorted it out in a decent manner then I would be back. Even a good will voucher? Unfortunately this isn’t how you treat customers who are spending lots of money with you. Read moreI usually don’t leave bad reviews for restaurants, but today I felt like I didn’t get what I paid for. I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer since they opened and despite the distance, we always order online and collect our food because we know it’s worth it.
However, today there was a misunderstanding, and when I called to express my disappointment, I simply wanted an apology. After all, as they say, “the customer is always right.” Instead, I found myself in a frustrating conversation with the manager, which was really disappointing.
