This outlet never has the right ingredients to make the advertised drinks - I’ve walked away so many times as a result - 3 or 4 times in the last year or so. Clearly this isn’t a case of isolated one off shortages - it’s complete mismanagement and incompetence because other branches aren’t this bad. Time to give the manager the sack in my opinion - quite how a branch of an internationally renowned name like Starbucks can be run this poorly is anyone’s guess! I was very happy with my experience in Starbucks Didcot as The staff members specially Sheila is really the best and awsome. Today I was travelling with my friends and one my friend had some allergies she took care of it perfectly & really had a soo much patience to listen to his allergies and his complicated drink. She really & always give good advice for me to pick up my drinks and gave an excellent customer service with a smile . I often see her working alone (poor her) 😢 even with long lines, yet she always stays professional, kind, and smiling.
