The food here is good, but the customer service ruined the experience for me. There was one lady working on Sep23 around 1–2pm who was extremely rude and intimidating. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she stood out —white, red hair, thick eyeliner, nose piercing.

When we were ordering and changed our minds, she became visibly annoyed and gave us attitude. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so there was no reason for the hostility. While we were at the counter, she even spoke to her colleague about us in a disrespectful way which was very unprofessional. Her behavior made the whole situation uncomfortable.

The food itself was fine, but the way this staff member treated us left a very negative impression. Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, and this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business. I hope management addresses this — either through proper training or by reconsidering if this person should be dealing directly with...

Incredibly expensive for small portions. A large box is equivalent to a reasonable portion, forcing you to go large to get a meal. I had a side of salt and chilli potatoes for £2.75. These were tasty, but were half a spoonful. My meal was £12 odd and looked like nothing. I went in as it looked cheap and cheerful to get something tasty with low expectations, on a budget. I could have gotten a proper meal most other places. Wouldn't recommend for somewhere cheap, nice or tasty. Pretty disappointing on all fronts. I must say, my recent dining experience was nothing short of abysmal. The service was as welcoming as a cold draft on a winter's night, and the food...oh, the food! It was like chewing on blocks of cement, with a texture so stale it made yesterday's bread seem fresh. As someone who typically enjoys indulging in the culinary offerings of this establishment, I found myself utterly disappointed. To add insult to injury, I was forced to endure only a fraction of my meal, thanks to some misguided attempt at offering "diet" Pepsi and not “full fat”, I am allergic to diet.
