Disappointing Service Experience

I recently visited Elmina Bar Lounge Southampton on 25-08-2024, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I encountered several issues that I believe need to be addressed.

Firstly, Pius lied to us several times - I called the Elmina Bar an hour before arriving - ordered for our food over the phone got there and waited for another 55 minutes before our food was served! Out of eight 8️⃣ of us only five 5️⃣ people got our food. We end up sharing 5 plates among us - personally think the team needs to be trained professionally.

I love this place. Very welcoming & amazing food. I've been twice so far 1stly a kind of jerk chicken leg with fried rice... Wow what a flavour 😍 2nd time got the Fufu & not completely to my taste & the portion could probably feed a whole family. Great vibe & good music playing.
