Fusion Noodle Bar — Restaurant in Southampton

Very poor and narrow minded customer service. Six of us when in and only five us of eat. We asked for no bean sprouts in two of our dishes and made it clever we didn't like them. Once the food came, the waitress realised that Bean sprout were add to one of the dishes where we didn't want it. However on the top of food the it only look like a very small amount. Not to course a issue, we accepted the dish. Later we food that at the bottom of that dish there was a small plate full of bean sprouts and bean sprouts in the other dish as well. So we didn't eat the food. At the End the owner Kim, said that he will remove the 10% service charge in good faith. I explained how can he even think of charging a service charge when the wrong items were services. 2/5 people didn't eat on top of that how could he charge us for the food that was serviced wrong. All the other food was o.k and yes we would of returned as customer, however due to principles of him charging for incorrect food, even after I told him he shouldn't. We would never return. It is very narrow minded to upset a customer for £7.80 and neither of us are short of £7.80. However In any business customers service and valuing your customers is fundamental. Trying to flog of a customer, by removing a service charge, which should exist in the first place...

Noticed this place on Saturday, popped in on Sunday early evening. Wow, what a relaxing atmosphere. And amazing, tasty, fresh, hot food! Fantastic service from both staff who took my order & served me. Really friendly, happy, helpful & masked up. Tasteful décor, clean & understated but classy. Nothing garish, nothing loud, nothing to ruin the atmosphere. I chose for the Singapore fried rice, the Kam Hiong chicken & the lady who took my order kindly recommended the peppercorn ribs. I was not disappointed!! 🤩 All dishes were cooked & brought out pretty quickly, roughly the same time. Perfect. Classic presentation, clean crockery & cutlery. Each dish extremely tasty. Heavenly food. Followed up with a cappucino, then banana fritters with vanilla ice cream. Absolute compliments to the chef & all staff for the food, service & dining experience. My new favourite place - and it's right nearby to me. Definitely a place to bring friends & family to - or do takeaway/delivery from! 💯🙏🏽👍🏽🥡🍜🍚 THANK YOU FUSION...

One of the best chinese restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining at. The staff are polite and charming creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Decor for a chinese noodle bar was impressive, however does lack a little colour. The menu choice is extensive, covering every chinese dish I could possibly think of, the drinks menu not so much. Having eaten with 8 people I had quite a taste of many different dishes and I must say every single one was absolutely phenomenal. I could find absolutely nothing to critique on a single main or appetizer. By far the thing that made this chinese stand out was the quality and quantity of the meat used in all the dishes and the way they had been cooked. Costing was surprisingly not too bad, the menu looks expensive for a chinese however the coupling of main and noddles/rice saves you tons and was subsequently not that bad at all. I will definitely be visiting again soon and recommending this as my favourite...
