Hillmans Burger — Restaurant in Southampton

Absolutely shocking service. We ordered through just eat and when our food was due to be delivered it got marked as delivered however no food in sight. Rang restaurant several times it was always just five minutes away even when they said they were talking to driver and they weren't. We were told lies with one saying they only had one driver and then another saying they had two drivers. We were also hung up on by them. Absolutely no apology or offer of discount for the inconvenience. Such a shame as the burgers are generally good but I won't use them again as they don't seem to understand how to treat a customer. Food turned up an hour late and stone cold. Still no apology. Had to literally threaten drastic action to get them to send a new order out and will be contacting just eat...

Quick delivery + the driver was extremely friendly. Had never tried here before as have never seen it, however tonight we fancied a change of takeaway for our cheat night and I can honestly say it did not disappoint at all. When it arrived it was perfect temperature and the presentation was amazing considering it was a take away. My cousin treated me to a takeaway Beef Burger and chips. I never leave food reviews but this place was exceptional. My burger was scrumptious, moist, perfect temperature and crisp red onion fresh tomato slice and butter lettuce. The bun was divinely fresh and the side of sweet potato fries were better than most 5 star restaurants. The portion is ample and the quality was delicious.
