Toast 2 Roast — Restaurant in St Helens

I have been here several times with a group of 6+ friends, for Afternoon Tea. The tables and bone China crockery always look very pretty! The variety of sandwiches, lovely buttercream cakes, scones with jam, fresh cream & fresh strawberries are plentiful, and tea and coffee are re-filled as req'd. Nobody leaves hungry...far from it, and the staff are lovely, and eager to assist in any way. It is better to book in advance, to avoid the busiest times. The cafe is open a little later with no other customers allowed, so you get the best service for your party. I would guarantee an enjoyable few hours of pleasure for friends and family, and you'll look forward to your next visit too! Well done Toast to Roast, we love your Afternoon...

I order from here quite often and have to say the delivery is always quick and the food is perfect ,always get the breakfasts so can only write about those but always cooked to perfection ,arrives hot, all the time The one and only criticism I have and it's only a little one is the cadburys hot chocolate ,last two times I've had it needs well more chocolate ,it's borderline tasted like tea. Needs a lot more choc in it and Bit that is a minor comment/criticism The food is excellent and I'll always order my breakfast from...
