Piza was Domino standard that's fine. I do not normally complain but this was not right..!
We arrived to make our order. While looking at the menus, a member of staff. Forgive my spelling was particularly rude. Her name was Ampri server 3030...? Again, I'm not sure about how the spelling is sorry.
So we arrived with our service dog . He has a fully visible service harness and is highly trained. Sitting at our feet. The staff member asks if we have ordered, then immediately orders the dog out..! I politely explain his service to a guide dog they are permitted. Thinking she had not noticed... not a problem I thought.
She said there's food. I informed her that the dog was not in a kitchen or hospital setting. He is permitted! Again, repeatedly, she told us to leave. I said sorry, but he is permitted. Shall I show you his paperwork certificate, etc? Service animals are highly trained, and they do not pee or poop anywhere! Also, by now, we could have ordered and left..! Again, she insisted that customers "could" sit to eat on the 1 x table and 2 x chairs or 2 x stools (of which we set in half of....!) No others while we were in there!
I'm annoyed at how rude she was. And when politely explained the situation to her....., there was not a care or understanding of a service, animals, and the necessity to have entry to certain locations...!
So we went from ordering for the entire group, £86+ worth to just a £6 garlic bread for a child who could not hold out to be fed..!
So, the garlic bread was as expected by domino standard. But the staff whe needed a manager to give permission to give her name. Also, ref on the receipt was 3030 for the server. Customer service is falling short of basic..! Manager please trained your staff..? About Disability and service!
Come on, Domino piza, you can do better. You lost a big order now and...

Also ordered a barbecue base pizza which guess what, came with next to nothing barbecue sauce. If I wanted no sauce on my pizza I would ask for that but no I wanted barbecue sauce . Basics really when running a pizza shop. Very poor quality, really disappointing, all pizza's should be checked before boxing them up for the customer. Next time I want a dominos I'll travel...
