Fast Food Is Back ! Leek Mcdonalds is the best and quickest McDonald's in a 20 Mile radius all other McDonald's in the area are slow, cold and improperly managed. The food from Breakfast to Main Menu is excellent, Chips and Hash Browns are Hot, Coffee is Hot and everything is fresh and tastes Excellent! The building and indoors is extremely clean and at the drive through there's very cool and stylish 1950s American style canopies over the order microphone/speaker The Drive through is excellent there's 2 lanes so if you need to bail in an emergency or breakdowns theres plenty of room, And also there's 2 collection windows so 2 people can be served at once at rush hours. The workers are friendly and food is served extremely quickly although I've only ever ordered at times to avoid rush hours, I cannot see why Leek McDonald's gets a 3.5 Star seems some people can't be pleased or some locals have taken a disliking to having such riff raff in their town, Leek McDonald's is 10/10

Nice place to pop in for breakfast. Being a new macdonalds it is very modern with ample parking. We had a wrap and muffin meal and then we ordered pancakes. Hmmmm Well they were a bit tough and crispy but we ate them anyway. The major problem was the joke of paper cutlery. The forks ( see photo) folded up on the first use. Even the women behind counter said they were a joke. So we doubled up with them and they folded up. So my tip is bring your own knife and forks. So we all want to recycle but having to use two lots of paper forks defeats the object. Deffo pop in as its a nice maccys and nice staff.

The big tasty burger I ordered came with the cheese still pretty much floppy..the burger tasted bland and nothing like beef, it tasted somewhat cold. The latte I ordered was pretty much hot milk in a cardboard cup. The chips were OK, but nothing special. It's the 2nd time I've ordered from here and both times the burgers taste foul. I don't know if it's a chain issue or general thing, but a maccies I tired a year and bit ago in Hanley that also tasted grim. Either ways, maccies doesent taste anywhere near like it used to. Will probably be another 2 years before I consider ordering one again.

Waited for around 30 minutes because they lost my order. If it disappears off the screen make sure you ask them about it. This has happened twice in approx 6 visits. The girl on the counter didn't have a clue about it it when I finally went over. (Not her fault) It took about another 10 minutes for the food to come after that and you could tell it was rushed through (again not their fault they are just trying to clear the order and give me my food)

I'm no expert but I don't rate it personally. If I didn't have a toddler I would avoid it.

It would benefit from more space and more staff as everyone in the kitchen looks one Mc flurry machine break from a...

They done broken the macdonalds drive through! At our locals it's order at the speaker, first window pay, second window you get your food. Of 20 or more trips we have never had to wait in a "grill bay". This time, head to mysterious 3rd window where no person, just bin. The 2 cars behind us overtook around the corner. I questioned it? Turns out EVERYONE is sent to a fry bay to wait after bring given drinks. People after us getting their meals before. This is nuts and not how macdonalds should be working. Come visit out local maccy ds and you'll see!! I hope to god our locals don't take up this "new"...
