Absolutely horrible experience, the lady taking the payment today 31st of may 2019 at 7pm, what a horrible person, she should not be working with people, if today was her shift in charge then infear for this restaurant, i ordered my food i was fisrt to order at the drive thru, yes the guy taking my order made a mistake, he was actually quite good about it , tried to rectify the issue but when i went to pay what a different experience, that person gave me a dirty look and made a grimace as if i was an inconvevience to her, she was absolutely abrubt, she could not care what i wanted , instead just gave me a refund and still messed my order up, then told me to go park anywhere, no courtesy at all!!!
When i received my food what a disaster , 1st they forgot one burger, the guy comes back forget my snack , then i realised the lady on till did not give me my drink, so to not lose anymore time or not eat cold food i decide to go in the restaurant to get the drinks, i was surprised to see that they made the guy delivering food do other jobs(he was actually good he did everything he could to make a pleasureable experience ) and my drinks were just sitting there, i asked the girl on the normal till for my drinks, she goes over to tell the rude person on the drive thru till, she comes over abrubtly just say hmm tropicana, no apology or even a smile just pure rudeness mannerless behaviour, overall because it took about 40 mins from when i ordered, and finally drive off with the right items.
To top it all, some items were missing and no napkins or salt and pepper were found.
If this is how it is everyday or that particular person (she has pink tatoos in her arm) is there all the time , i will never go there and fear for that restaurant, if she was the manager in duty today, i feel sorry...
Read moreCame here on a Thursday evening around 7pm, it was empty bar 2 other people. Ordered at the screen thing and opted for table service.
I ordered the new Stuffing Stacker, chips, a large 7-Up and two extra pieces of chicken. It all came out within 5 or so minutes.
The stacker tasted good, but it was presented terribly, the stuffing pattie was nothing like the size of the one from the pictures, but I will say that it tasted really good! The cranberry sauce was a nice little touch.
As for the fries... Peppery and oily. This is the first time I have had their new style of fries since they changed from the old style, and I'm really not convinced. The old fries were so much better!
The 7-Up was good, albeit a 'zero sugar' jobbie. There was no option for any full fat fizzy drinks on the menu.
The extra pieces of chicken were nice, but they definitely weren't the same as what they used to be unfortunately.
After we mooched around The Range for an hour, we went back in for a drink, I got the Mint Aero Krushem... It was disappointing, tasted like toothpaste, it wasn't mixed properly with big old green blobs streaking through the mixture... Definitely wouldn't recommend.
The atmosphere was absolutely dead in there, and they could've done with a bit more heat...

I then watched the poor girl that was running the till and making up the boxes explain three times to a co-worker that my order was missing one gravy as there were none left. He was to offer me a refund or an alternative. He said ok then called my number, the second I got there he turned around to ask her AGAIN what was missing and what to do. She had to stop what she was doing and talk to me herself.
They had forgotten to give me my drinks, at this point due to seeing how many orders ahead of me were wrong I was worried about getting the correct food and already late for football because of the unreasonable wait so I didn't ask and only realised when I pulled up at home.
The gravy I did receive was watery and nowhere near the quality it should be, likely due to being served 15 minutes past its expiry time. The coleslaw I received as alternative to the missing gravy was frozen.
The restaurant is understaffed, and by kids. Put your hand in your wallet and pay for experienced managers.
