Last Friday I placed a collection order that was over £35 and when I got home a whole quesadilla was missing. I rang the store and was told I could come back and collect it. I couldn’t go back that night because I had plans.
So I went in person on Monday to sort it and order again so you lot couldn’t mess it up. Instead of fixing it, your manager accused me of lying. He said there were no complaints, none of his team had said anything. This was even after I showed him my call logs and bank statement proving I ordered and called.
This is theft. Plain and simple. You took money for food you didn’t give me, then treated me like I was the problem when I asked for what I paid for. The manager was rude, abrupt, and obnoxious. The staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing. No ownership, no apology, just excuses and attitude.
I want this fixed NOW. I deserve either my free quesadilla or a full refund for the item I paid for and never received, plus a proper apology from that manager. I want this escalated to someone above the branch such as a regional manager or whoever because this behaviour is...
Read moreWhen I ordered onion rings I was told by my server that they could put piri piri salt on them then when we recieved them there was no salt we then asked if we could get Peri Peri salt on them and a manager told me that they did not have any piri piri salt sachets and that she wouldn't put any piri piri salt on them for us bare in mind this was after spending almost £30 on my order the manager then suggested we purchase a bottle of Peri Peri salt for £2 extra I find the audacity quite amusing to be honest I explained that we would not have purchased the onion rings had we known we couldn't have Peri Peri on them at this point the manager then tried explaining to me in a very condescending tone how the menu has changed as piri piri onion rings used to be on the menu completely missing the point of my complaint I come to pepe' quite often and I find this stinginess quite an upsetting way to treat customers who are already spending so much money please get back to me and let me know how you plan to resolve this thank you. Despite being clearly visible to the staff the entire time , sitting and regularly checking the counter , not one employee thought to check why we hadn’t been served or called. When we finally asked about it, we were bluntly told that they “forgot” to make the order. No apology. No concern. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, as if it was our fault for expecting basic service. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It’s one thing to make a mistake , it’s another to show no accountability or courtesy when dealing with paying customers.
