Rooster Point — Restaurant in Stevenage

Worst restaurant in Stevenage, the food was dry and the staff were the rudest people i ever met. I don't know why people even go into that place, maybe because of Roster's prices are to cheap then other burger joints. I asked this one guy who i think its the manger about this burger that was advertised on the window with a drink he gave it to me and i thought the drink was free, he just says in the un polite way "Maybe you need to get your eyes fixed mate, its just the burger" i looked again and saw it was just the burger but it was marked in light pink highlight, how the hell is anyone gonna see that!?! sure i should of look really closely next time with a telescope!! but to treat customer like that and the Chicken sandwich not tasting like a chicken sandwich is why i'm giving this...

After ordering from here, I can confirm an instant regret. From delivery delays of over an hour to missing food from our order, these inconveniences were just the beginning. The quality of the belated food was a whole other story. Littered with black hairs and a texture that felt an awful lot like yesterday’s food got reheated, spending a large proportion of money here like we did was a big mistake. After approaching these issues with staff over the phone, being calm and assertive despite this disastrous event, they did little to none to help and even resorted to laughing at us on the phone and using aggressive tones to patronise us.
