Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Stevenage

Its always nice to head in during a morning when you have nothing to do and relax with a coffee. the music isn't too loud usually if they play some. The staff are okay, knowing that most are students or of that age. i feel like a problem with the lack of cleanliness on tables and the floor is mostly because the staff need a kick up the backside to go and clean the tables rather than waiting around for the customer to leave.

the prices are okay; though, being my age i don't get a lot of money anyways. i choose to go to starbucks mostly because i prefer their drinks over costa. not to mention if i want to sit in the costas closest to this starbucks, the inside is quite crowded and at this time of the year i'd rather be sat inside. Back to starbucks, they do lack seating. I've always been able to sit in starbucks, don't get me wrong here, but they could do with more seating inside. they have the space why don't they use it?

the only handy thing is lurking around the store for the free wifi, most of the times i've been there the wifi has been great. handy for when i don't have mobile data like 4G left and need to do something online.

Most of the problems are staff and layout, if you're going to hire a bunch of teenagers at least get them to clean tables and do their job rather than popping in for a free coffee and to stalk around in the back room or behind the people...

Google maps still won't move marker despite photo ok u win why have us local guides? U used to just accept our moves and edits now u accept what a company will h head offices miles away state who's information is often incorrect I might as well close your local guides service I for one may now not ever update again why bother better things to do

Location of Starbucks ignore map you'll never even see it from that map nor Starbucks own location map Location is at end of block if looking right from McDonald's at opposite end I'm line with the doors of wilco opposite ie at side of town clock

My all tine hate is when companies don't put up accurate locations seems on Starbucks website there marker is as typical incorrect location so no matter how many times I move it or try to Google maps tell me location can't be verified despite photos on Google maps showing location next to fountain in town square Hopefully they will update some time but its just so annoying I try to give accurate location and company concerned don't give a stuff

Great place but Google maps have moved the pin for this despite several outside shots showing location near the town square fountain which also Google...

I visit here at least once a week and the staff have always been super friendly. I went on a Saturday at about 4pm and it was really busy but the staff were all hands on deck and keeping very calm and composed, not rushing orders just to try and make the list less unlike some places that just slap your drink together with no real care (sometimes that caramel swirl on top of your macchiato foam is what you look forward to and can show how unbothered someone was about making your drink).

It’s usually quite quiet here but regardless there’s plenty of tables, there’s bench seating that lines the windows with tables in front (some look out to the fountain in the square) and a small bar type table and chair set up in a corner. There are some charging points dotted about ‘under’ the bench seating (on the front of the wooden base) of both plug and USB option if you only have a wire. There are two unisex toilets available, one of which being wheelchair accessible and contains a baby...
