3 of us popped in to get a drink yesterday. The man serving was not interested and did not smile once. I ordered a hot tea and asked for it to be strong with little milk. Making 3 drinks took best part of 10-15 minutes. When I got my tea, it was milky and he had out sugar in it! As a result, I said I could not drink it. He begrudgingly made another.
