Our visit was spoiled by a mistake being made by the staff. We had ordered two small and one large ciabatta but they brought us three large ones. We didn't know as we just got on and ate what we had been given.

After we had paid, they demanded more money because after the event they realised their mistake. We said it was their mistake not ours and we refused to pay £9+ demanded. The server/owner was not happy and asked the payer separately for more money when he returned after his trip to the bathroom. Armenique is truly a unique experience, their sandwiches are appetizing and service is excellent. Everytime i have been, the food has never taken too long to come and usually they will give you a glass of juice to aid you with your wait.
