I can't say enough good things about CoffeeFix in Gatley – it's an absolute gem!
First and foremost, the coffee here is the best I've had in a long time. The flat white is simply perfection. You can taste the passion and expertise of the baristas in every sip. It's evident that they truly love their beans and take pride in crafting an exceptional cup of coffee.

Read moreWe went to coffee ‘fix’ after a recommendation being new to the area. We ordered two veggie breakfasts and 2 for white coffees. (It wasn’t cheap by any means) The man on the till wasn’t friendly at all. No smile, hello, how are you or anything. He took our order very abruptly (I had a feeling this wouldn’t go well from the start) After receiving our coffees we watched other customers enter and receive their food. We was still sat there waiting. After getting fed up of waiting I mentioned to a kitchen member of staff that we have been sat here waiting over 45 mins!!! and still no food! He replied I haven’t received any ticket yet from the till man. I walked to the till and spoke with the gentleman ( who didn’t want to be in work that day) and kindly asked where our order was and he replied - we don’t know what’s happened!! And offered no other explanation. I said well I have waited over 45 min and if they are going to start my order now I would rather have a refund and take my custom elsewhere. (I don’t have another 45 mins to wait for some simple food) Another member of staff said i could have my refund, and that they don’t know what happened to our order
No apology or reason of delay or recomp was offered. I won’t be coming back here and neither will I recommend this place to anyone else. Incidently we went to Bills coffee shop a few doors down and were served immediately.
Think I will stick to bills / costa in gatley for future until this place sorts out how it treats customers and deals with...
Read moreWent in for coffee and breakfast buns, it was very quiet, with a new staff member who explained she was in training. There was some issue putting the christmas specials through the till, and I heard her very clearly checking that she had done it correctly with her superior - no issue, we all have to learn.
Despite being so quiet, we waited half an hour for the food, and the wrong order came out. I said I was hungry and had waited long enough already that I would eat it rather than wait for a redo, but would like a refund for the difference in price, which was done.
The two senior staff then proceeded to have a VERY audible conversation about this in the kitchen, one saying as the order was rung up wrong (I was never shown an itemised receipt proving this) that I hadn´t been overcharged.

Absolutely laughable service and way to run a business. For 1.25 and a better apology you could have won a regular customer.
