Chicketos — Restaurant in Stockport

Food quality has diminished over the last couple of years. When we 1st started ordering from here, the food was amazing, but the last couple of orders have not been nice. Fries have arrived cold and chewy, and the taste of the fried chicken is getting worse. Also, unless we actually state, in the order comments, for someone to check the order before despatch the order is generally incorrect. Usually MAYO is on burgers where we have specifically stated that they contain NO MAYO, (due to members of my family having allergies) this results in the Meal having to be thrown in the bin. I have rang the shop a couple of times, but they are less than helpful and are very abrupt...

I have ordered a big chicken box with 2 burger and at the end i did ask for a sauce for the chicken box and the guy who served me was so rude and said you have to pay pound for a sauce and i said i did buy big box chicken and the sauce supposed to come with it and he responded so rude and when we back home and tried to eat the chicken it was so bad so we had to put it in the bin and also the guy in the shop who serving customers need to behave better so I’m NOT RECOMMENDING this take away at all . I have given this place so many chances to sort the quality of their cooking out and I've had it now. The chicken breast is cooked so much its dry and hard and its inedible. You can't chew it. The bread, pitta or burger buns are always microwaved so they are either soggy and falling apart or rock hard. I have asked them many times to stop over cooking and microwaving everything. It's disgusting and lazy...
