I ordered a Philly cheese steak and apparently there should be an option on the app to ask for the cheese. Is it me or should a Philly cheese steak come with cheese automatically?! I asked for no tomato or jalapeño, I literally got, steak and peppers on a cold piece of bread for nearly £7?!?! Secondly ordered a big breakwich, this was also cold with tomato rather than brown sauce on, again, barely edible. Rang the establishment and spoke to a woman who wouldn’t give her name to be told they had done everything that was on the order. Clearly they don’t read English as the only thing they got right was the packaging. I was also told, it wasn’t there fault, not offered anything in the way of an apology just told to complain on the just eat app. For nearly £30 I am not happy to say the least. @subway, train your staff better, employ people who are competent and not incapable and put 50p in the meter so people like me can enjoy a hot, toasted sandwich...

And then she tried to charge me double the price I ordered something which was £2.98 and an item which was £1.49 she intentionally tried to charge me another 2.98 for a second foot long pizza sub which I didn't order and then try to Gaslight me into saying that that was the pirce.
