I visited this place first time and it well be the last as well To many thing to mention.. I have NO idea that’s I need to order at the till, I waited for someone to come and take my order … no one available they just stood and watching you .. I asked the staff she said I should order at the till pay first and then the order will come, the girl at the till was very very rude I order my coffee and she said do u want to order a food as well I said yes and she kept looking at me and asked me the same question!! She wanted me to order the food and the drink altogether ? Why ? I told her that I wanted my coffee extra hot She brought the food then the coffee and the coffee was not hot … they serving the food and the coffee one by one as there is no tray 😖 When I complain about my coffee being cold the girl offered me to warm it up I was happy Then the girl who was at the till came to us and questioned me saying that if my coffee is cold I should order another one 😳she saw my face and then she said u had ur coffee then you eat so it obviously is going to be cold.. this is to much The food came before my coffee so sure I’ll be eating first!!! We asked Essys to host our little boy's first birthday party. From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. The owner was fantastic in terms of communication and went above and beyond to sort out the party for us in a stress free and fun way at a very reasonable rate. All the way through we really felt they cared about our family and they wanted to make sure the day was personal and memorable for us which was wonderful. On the day the cafe was beautifully decorated and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. All of my family and friends said the staff, atmosphere and food were amazing and we couldn't agree more. If you are thinking about hosting a party for friends and family choose this venue because you will not be disappointed! The buffet was such good quality and really generous servings. I visited Essy’s for brunch with my 2 sisters for the first time today… I must state it was a very delightful dining experience.😊 It’s a very small corner cafe on the high street of Cheadle. We waited about 10 minutes before a table became available, bearing in mind it was peak lunchtime 12pm, and there are only a handful of tables in the cafe. The atmosphere was quite loud. We browsed the menu, which by the way is all halal, and ordered our food whilst we waited for a table,as we were advised by the staff that the food takes 15-20 minutes to prepare. We were very pleased with everything we ordered… The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was impeccable. Would definitely come back again maybe for breakfast.
