Just Yummy Caribbean Takeaway — Restaurant in Stockport

Just order curry goat x2, pure bone, bf broke his tooth and found hair and I choked on a bone, and no meat we rang and they said they would refund us and collect what was left of the food, well the drive came and wouldn't refund us, so we rang back and said we've got to go to the shop tomorrow, (we feel uncomfortable to go into the shop as how they was speaking to us) and now just ignoring the phone, we ordered over the phone I will be ringing trading standards on Monday morning I'm so up set about the service the staff was giving and I will not be going here again!

Over the last month me and my son have spent over £150 on food from this takeaway. The 1st couple of orders were on time, the last 2 orders were 1 hour 15 minutes after the delivery time, and last week they turned up at 9.35pm when my order should have been here at 7 50pm. Absolute joke when the app tells you one time but the restaurant only has one delivery driver. The last delivery the driver said he had far too many orders to deliver in too many places. Seeing as I'm ordering Ackee and Saltfish at £9.50 a portion, maybe they should spend the profit on 2 delivery drivers. Won't be ordering again as I ordered at 5 30pm tonight, told my order would be here at 6 25pm but then received a phonecall at 6 40pm to say the driver had broke down and I was being refunded. So just finished work and decided to go and get food only to drive home and my husband's meal was missing. The discover all the meals are not complete. No dumplings no veg etc Every time do a telephone order the meals are always wrong. And have a wait time of 2hours or more. Maybe take on more staff and not children to help.
