SE7EN — Restaurant in Stockport

This wasn't my first time ordering eating food from here infact I have had more than a few experiences with seven all of those beyin pizza orders and have always been satisfying I can't say I have ever had any problems however I did place a delivery last night sometimes around half past 9 and 10 o'clock I ordered a 12inch half and half -margarita with prawns and Texas smokey along with one fudge cake and one strawberry cheesecake totaling around £15 waiting time 40-55 mins more than happy with the total cost and happy to wait the approximate arrival time etc I had no issues on the phone and the male taking my order spoke well and was able to also understand me clearly. standard polite customer service. Food arrived delivered within the given time .the delivery man had actually brought the food to my front door as I live in high-rise flats so I usually go nice enough of the man to bring it personally. SADLY to my disappointment I was not happy with my order previously had always been more than happy on this occasion I was not Pizza looked as thou it had been thrown together by someone who possibly has no vision. The pizza was cold not even Luke warm cold and it was not fresh ingredients ((prawns tomato onion etc)) The cheesecake was either off or had been left out possibly uncovered fir a long time The one thing that was acceptable was the fudge cake but even this was mostly wasted due to the whole disappointment.

Always spoke hight of this place recommended it to friends and family and revisited/ordered more than a handful of times. I would like to know why my food was so poorly presented ? made so dissatisfying with concerning hazard ingredients potentially off or contaminated ?

I will share my feedback with friends and family and leave my review where possible Although I do hope other people don't have any of the problems I had . It would be nice to come and read reviews in fair time and see knowone experienced this only good things as It would be a shame to make this my last order as would much prefer to come back in hope of improvement and...

Usually quite good but this time, the food was late. My wrap was dripping in grease and I ordered a galaxy caramel milkshake but when it arrived it tasted like a snickers. Obviously this could have been awful for someone with a peanut allergy, when I called to see if they maybe picked up the wrong one I was shouted at on the phone and they kept telling me I was wrong and it was a caramel. After them hanging up on me and I called back I finally managed to get them to send me the right milkshake but was told it could take 2 hours because they’re so busy. this is the 3rd time we have ordered the house special and to be honest all were different and not special. The first example was a fresh change from a piza company, how ever the further experiences have been very disapointing. No flavour and nothing that makes it different or special.
