The Friendship Inn — Restaurant in Stockport

We came here after being told from a friend that there was a bouncy castle and bits for the children going on as it was easter Sunday. After asking we learnt that we were actually wrong and there wasn't anything happening besides a lot of football. The barman then went above and beyond for our 3 children and they each got a toy egg to open. The toy egg had a raffle ticket for an easter egg inside. The locals also make the atmosphere of this pub very welcoming. A park at the rear with a big car park and plenty of seating. We will definitely return here as the kindness we were shown today is a service that absolutely stands above...

Where do i begin!! Lovley welcome first of all by lovley friendly staff!! We asked for a table outside because of the lovley weather and we were escorted to a beautiful seating area with parasols and ashtrays(for you smokers out there). We had a look at the menu and there was a nice range of food, tapas and deserts and most importantly cocktails!! I could of honestly sat there all day!! Prices are more than reasonable for the service and value of food and drinks! Portion sizes are perfect and the staff can't do enough for you!! We will definitely be back soon!!...

First time in this pub and it was during the outdoor only phase of covid-19 reopening. Very welcoming, with good explanation of the protocols as you walked through the door. No need to book, when they reach capacity the front door is locked and they will let you in when there's room available outside.
