Nice place for a short relaxing walk the garden is peaceful and full of flowers as well as the insects like nice bees landing on flowers there is also a wild apple tree so was a lot of apples on the ground.
I have to say it is a small place but was worth the trip and very relaxing. St Chads Well is just around the corner around a 5 min walk.
If you follow the road near the St Chads Well it leads to the canal about a 2 minute walk from St Chads well and you will see some steps on the right side they lead to the canal.

Read moreStarted at Chadkirk Country estate car park. There is no fee at the car park. Arrive early at the weekend and no problems parking, but it dies get busy later in the day. We walked along the route by the side of the road and followed it up past the small group of houses. We climbed a few steps up to the canal side, turning right at the top. A couple of nice walkers gave us the route to find the viaduct. There is a small car park near Chadkirk Chapel, but beat visiting are on foot from the large public car park near Chadkirk Industrial Estate or taking the steps down from the Peak Forest Canal which wends it way through Romiley and Marple.
