Wok Ever Hazel Grove — Restaurant in Stockport

First time ordering from here on the Just eat app, ordered at 6.50 and told it would be 7.55pm delivery, a bit late for the kids but went with it. At 8,30pm phoned the restaurant and was told sorry but the driver was on deliveries and ours would be collected from them soon. No update on the app for delivery, no phone call to explain. The food eventually turned up at 8,55pm and hour late and over 2 hours from ordering..... Ridiculous... The food was ok but nothing to rave about. I will not be using this takeaway again as customer service...

NOT satisfactory. Food was ordered and I arrived five minutes early to collect and the food was ready to collect. I was hungry and ate my crispy fried duck although it was soggy and less than hot. My friend's sweet and sour king prawn was overcooked and the food had obviously been sitting around waiting for collection. I phoned to complain and was offered a derisory ten percent off my next order. This is not satisfactory and we will never use this...

Have been ordering from here a number of years, supporting a local company. However orderdd through their website recently only to notice payment taken twice, totalling £100. Called them to try to resolve, not helpful at all, just completely blaming the company that order's are paid through, not even offering me the contact details! So now i have to waste my time chasing money that was wrongly taken. Needless to say that was...
