I took my 18 month old this afternoon and he really enjoyed all of the different areas. Being a parent of a toddler who is too young to go on the play frames on his own, I was very grateful there was enough room for me to navigate the play frames with him. It’s cheap as chips too. £6 to enter (£2 for an adult and £4 for under 2s). I got a latte with oat milk, a bottle of water and a tub of vegan ice cream, all for £6 something! The ladies who work there were welcoming, chatty and informative. The only downsides and the reason for 4 stars, were the broken nappy bin, broken clip on the changing station strap and the fact I didn’t know about this place during my maternity leave. I have lived in Bramhall for 30 years and never knew it existed, until a recent look on google maps. The owner should spend some money on advertising, such as a sign at the entrance to Headlands Road/Bridge Lane(if the council allow), put some posters up in local places like cafes/shops and get better social media presence. We were the only customers in there, which would change with some advertising. We booked between 2 and 4.

I had my boy's 6th year old birthday party, abundance parking space, exclusive hire means he played with all of his friends, he knew everyone in the soft play. The centre is quite large, big enough for 20 kids. There is also toddler area for little siblings. Party food is served in the upper private area, there are pizza & sandwich (or fish finger & fries for vegan), sausage roll, unlimited juice, and vanilla ice cream. You can bring your own decoration (backdrop, balloons... etc) You have your own party rundown, decide when to cut cake and have food. The only downside is there is no party host for cake cutting ceremony, the staff offered a bell for you to notify the kids, you have to lead and sing birthday song all by yourself.

Brought my little granddaughter here on a weekday afternoon. Firstly the website needs improving, and there is no choice other than book and pay before going. It is easy to find, and plenty of parking. The lady at the front desk is lovely. The play equipment is as you would expect with climbing and sliding components. There is also an area with a road map and plenty of play cars. There is also a small area for under 3's. I had a jacket potatoe and chilli which was fine. However the toilet areas need a good clean. And the smell as you walk in there. Otherwise it would have been a 4 star.

CHARGED £4.50 ENTRY FOR A 3.5 MONTH OLD.

Came here today to meet a couple of friends who have 15 month olds after I recommended this place as its small and you can keep an eye on the little ones. Usually I come with my almost 3 year old and I've got a new baby who is nearly 4 months. Upon arriving I was asked for £4.50 entry fee for a baby who wasn't going to leave her car seat for the duration of the stay. I've reluctantly paid, but I will not be returning with my baby nor my 3 year old and neither will my friends. Maybe review how to run a business as this is just greed. What cost have I caused with a baby this small? Breastfed, changed before we arrived, I didn't use the toilet facility and I ordered a drink and food. Yet I still paid £4.50 just to walk through the doors with my small baby. I would semi accept it if there was a Sensory room of some sort or a baby area but there isn't... I think you need to review your price list before you lose a lot of custom. My friend also removed her little boy from the toddler area as it was dirty. Stayed a little over an hour,...

Really lovely soft play centre - our favourite! It's a perfect size, and is beautifully clean, and well maintained so that it has a new feeling. It's laid out brilliantly so you can see your children at all times which is great! We had our party there recently, and, unlike some other centres, it closed to the public for the 2 hour party which was fantastic, and a big draw for us in making the booking! It made my little one's party really special because the children weren't over-run by lots of non-party kids, and could really enjoy the equipment fully, having the place to themselves. Nita and Mike and Shania were great, and ensured everything ran seamlessly on the day - especially as Nita shared helpful top tips for us re: logistics on the day having run many parties before! We could access the party tea area beforehand in good time to be able to dress it ready for the party tea, while the owners cleaned everywhere after the doors closed to the public before the party, and that was invaluable to us too! We loved the day and will...
