Greggs — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

I chose to spend a £5 postcode lottery voucher with Greggs. The young lady on the til was unsure what she needed to do and said she would ask the Manager. He joined us and was such a helpful, friendly, nice all round person. It was a pleasure to be in his company (and the young lady's, who said it was another thing she now knew how to do.) Well done to both of them, we will definitely go there again in the future. I bought 1 dozen mince pies to share with family and they were delicious! 😋 The world needs a little bit more of what they had to offer - and it costs nothing!...

Came in for lunch, got 12 pounds worth of pizza. The pizza were put Into bags and then wrapped up so the bag rested over the cheese. She then put them on too of eachother making all the cheese stick to the bag leaving me with bread and tomato source not cheese pizza. Happens so regularly if there was another Greggs close enough id go there. Phoned to complain and assistant manager found it funny...

I had a slice of pizza , bottle of diet coke and sticky toffee muffin. I thought it was more expensive than I expected. The pizza was greasy and unappetising. Most of it ended up in the bin. Diet coke £1.65 far more than buying it from other shops. The toffee muffin was delicious. Service was quick and the shop clean. But I won't be...
