If I could leave 0 stars I would, absolutely shocking service & zero customer service skills for the customers in the physical shop. 5-10 minutes I was stood there whilst the 3 staff saw to one (large) online order.
2 staff were making the order & the 3rd was stood at the till waiting to tell them what they needed to make next - why this person couldn’t be serving the in store customers I don’t know! I understand that the online order needed to be completed, but they didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to be served.
I ended up leaving and got my lunch from Greggs instead, where service was fast and friendly! ☺️ I let the staff at Subway know that I had changed my mind as I left, which I think got the message across because they immediately served the woman that had been waiting next...

Read moreI was in the queue waiting to be served at the kiosk petrol station there were a lot of customers waiting at subway unfortunately there was no signs to say to queue out side if there was no GREEN SPOTS TO STAND ON! i thought where they were stood was better than out side by the door where other customers wanting to use the other shops that are based in the same location as subway, would be in the way so no thought has been given to customers and there safety! The workers who spoke to the man i thought was very rude and need to go and get some customer skills, the mouthful how ever they got serves them right, that man is my partner he has turrets with very bad ticks, think before you speak next time i will how ever be taking...
