Hamza's Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

After ordering 2 spicy burgers and chips we waited and the 40mins was up for delivery as I phoned them asking were the food was there excuse there short on driver's and be another 10mins anyway 10 mins went by and 15 and 20 still no food so at this point we waited nearly 1 hour and 30 mins for 2 spicy burgers and chips so again I phoned them asking were the food is they said it be 5 mins I said okay anyway 1 hour and 35 minutes later the food turned up and we sat down to eat and it wasn't a spicy burgers more like a Salt burger it wasn't very nice and they both went in the bin the only best part of that meal was the cans of pop won't be ordering...

Only one star because 0 isn't an option. I have been ordering from here for years and always loved the food. I rang the other day and they took my order even after they said they were closing, yet tonight I placed an online order before the website closed and got a phone call to say they were closed and wouldn't be delivering the order. Have been a customer for years but never again . 2 weeks in a row waited for order over 1 hr 45 mins and items missing from order despite being charged . Rang x 3 times for missing items and still waiting 2 hrs later told would be with me in 5 minutes and on next call an hr later that they would ring driver . Last order was told printer had malfunctioned and asked what website I had ordered from . Food was cold when it arrived feel.like quality and service has definitely deteriorated. Won't be ordering...
