KFC — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

What a nightmare and disaster! Went for a family meal out to celebrate moving to our new home tomorrow. We ordered by touch screen, paid, then went to the till area to be told there were no krushems because the machine was being cleaned. So after a bit of a mission, we were partially refunded 64p after paying an extra £1.98 but hey, wasn't going to argue cause the staff seemed nice. After getting our order, I had to return to the till 4 times because of mistakes. The food was not nice at all but I wasn't going up again. It was just before we left we realised they had STILL forgotten to add another piece of chicken that was included in a fillet tower box. I told the lad there that I would be doing a review and he apologized again and said they have been busy because the krushems machine had broken. So was it being cleaned or was it broken? I didn't particularly care about what an area manager had said earlier that day as to why there wasn't a sign up about no krushems, nor did I care to listen to whining excuses, all I wanted was a bit of a treat night out. What was the icing on.the cake was not one member of staff took responsibility, it was all passed off as the area managers fault. Will NOT be going back ever again and to be honest, after how greasy the chicken was, I doubt we will ever...

Dined in and placed an order for table service which didn’t print a receipt so didn’t know what the order number was. Sat down with friends who collected their order and another friend who had done table service too. Five minutes later staff were calling out certain numbers over and over again and my friend said we should go up as it might be ours as no one else was collecting them. We went up and what looked to be our meals were sat there so we took them back to our seats, upset about the lack of table service simply probably because the staff couldn’t be bothered but if it was busier and we weren’t almost the only ones in there, this could’ve raised a whole host of problems as we didn’t even know our order number etc.

Had loads of problems with this KFC before not putting in sauces that come with the meal or overcharging for a boneless banquet even when we’ve said just a regular and not a large. As well as the order taking an extortionate amount of time when going through a drive thru. Disappointing as it’s the closest to us and never had a problem before the start of this year, used to be really...

The worst KFC I’ve ever been to!

First I was trying to order on the machine and I got to the end about to pay and it wanted me to enter a table thing, but there wasn’t any and no way to skip that step. I tried to ask a member of staff and they where so rude! “We ain’t got enough staff for that” me oh ok, what do I do? “ do whatever you want, we ain’t got the staff for that” me but what number should I put in, as it won’t let me skip that? “Whatever you want” A simple note on the machine would of helped me.

Next there’s no Pepsi Max, yet the machines let everyone order it.

There was no forks for my nans rice box, she had to try to eat it with a dam spoon! And the staff was so rude to her, she 69 years old and well spoken, no need to be rude to her.

The food was over £18 and was so small too, just look at the pictures.

But by far the worst was how utterly filthy the entire restaurant was, all of the bins are overflowing, the floor was so greasy and slippy I can barely stand up right! The entire time I was eating my food, my foot was slipping...
