If you expect some sort of customer service or want them to take care of your ALLERGY REQUIREMENTS, never go to Domino's PIZZA. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ALLERGIES/ FOOD TOLERANCE. Today, around 6:30pm, I ordered a pizza from Domino's @ Stratford Upon Avon, I had the worst customer service from a very rude guy who served me. He had an attitude, was unpresent, and used foul language. Plus, he was talking in his own language very rudely. It all started when I was mentioning about allergy requirements. My daughter, who is 9 years old, has severe allergies to beef and pork. Therefore, I asked them to take care of my order and do a pizza with some vegetables and chicken. He went mad at me and asked me to hurry up and order, but he didn't answer me about my allergy requirements. Then I ordered a vegetarian pizza with chicken. He did not informed or make notes about my requirements regarding allergies to the staff , and he did not communicate with pizza makers. I was overlooking how they made the pizza, and I could clearly see that contamination had occurred, and they didn't pay any attention to allergies. In the end, I didn't let my daughter touch that pizza. I was very disappointed with their service, and I was really surprised to see a person with a bad attitude working and destroying a good brand name. Also, it's so funny to see them talking in their own language insultingly in front of customers. Domino's should invest in training, specifically allergy awareness and customer service. I am very disappointed, and I request everyone not to go there when there are so many other options.    Read moreSince moving here a few months ago we have ordered from this Domino's on a weekly basis. We have been disappointed by other branches in the past but we are always delighted with what we get from here. We always order online for delivery as we find the prices are just as good for delivery.
From clicking the place order button online, our pizzas are always delivered in 20 minutes (usually less) to my address, the temperature is perfect, the pizzas are never too heavily or too lightly topped or sauced which is the main issue we have in other dominoes.
There are always a great selection of deals online, so we are never paying more than half of the menu price. The delivery drivers we get always have a smile on their faces and are friendly which makes it even better.
This has got to be one of the best and most consistent branch of Dominos we have been to and we have lived all over the country!

We waited and heard no knocking, I kept checking the app as was taking a while and was still saying âout for deliveryâ it got closer to 12 and I missed a phone call, I have a baby in bed my phone wonât ring loudly in case I wake him up. We have dogs that would have been alerted by someone walking past let alone a knock at the door. There was nothing. We rang the store, employer was rude and didnât want to hear anything we were saying as the store was closing and hung up on us. We spoke to someone after many attempts to call them & the delivery driver in which they said call back tomorrow. Today we have rang them, and been spoken to rudely by the manager. He hung up the phone on us 2 times and can either offer the food or a refund. He didnât explain when the refund would be or any other options for wasted time then hung up.
