Creature of habit I always have a toasted panini they have a very good selection of sandwiches and panini's . There is also a varied selection of cakes and pastries You can get a Caffè Nero card that you can top up which I have and that's handy to have I keep mine topped up it had originally been given to me as part of a Christmas gift. I usually keep £20 on it. The staff are friendly tables are cleared quickly and the cafes I have been in are clean. There is no rush to get you out the seating is comfortable ......it is like the old fashioned coffee houses ... Drink...
Read moreI usually enjoy a coffee at Caffè Nero every now and then but the service at this particular café at the Bridges in Sunderland was very slow. Even though it was busy the barista still wanted to joke and chat with every customer, which he obviously thought was excellent service even as the queue continued to grow and wind about the place! He apologised several times but patrons were clearly irritated.
