Desserts Delivered Sunderland — Restaurant in Sunderland

Terrible customer service, terrible food, horrendous wait times, avoid these scammers. We were regular customers of desserts delivered however we never received our order one night so tried ringing and we were told that they had the order but it never printed off.

Frustrated as it had been 2 hours we decided to ask them to cancel it instead. She said that would be fine and that's they'd ring back. They never rang back. So the next day I rang three times and each time got shrugged off or told they couldn't issue a refund because I ordered on THEIR website and I'd have to contact the third party website.

On the third day I contacted the website to be told the manager had told them we received the food when we did not. Why would we lie over 18.50 and go through this much trouble when we ordered all the time? I then rang for the final time on the third day to be met with attitude yet again and got told that she was busy and hung up on me.

Absolutely shocking customer service, they don't care about their customers just want to steal...

Unfortunately, I ordered in from Desserts Delivered Sunderland was far from satisfying. Despite my anticipation for a sweet treat, the service was remarkably slow, with a staggering wait time of 90 minutes that completely dampened the experience. To add to the disappointment, the milkshakes I ordered bore a closer resemblance to flavored water than the creamy indulgence I was craving. The lack of straws seemed like a minor oversight at first, but it became increasingly inconvenient as I attempted to navigate the watery consistency of my beverage. Honestly wish I could put 0 stars. Absolutely appalling service. Waited over an hour to then get a message to say it was delayed. Waited yet another hour- it was now getting late (on a Monday night!?). I eventually went to bed- still no delivery. My partner then woke up to the sound of our gate at quater to 1 in the morning!!! He opened the door to find no one was there, not even our delivery. So after waiting hours and putting a refund request in this morning, they've messaged back refusing it and saying that they're sorry for the delay and that they were busy? (On a Monday night!!!).
