Domino's Pizza - Washington — Restaurant in Sunderland

Order from here quite regularly. Ordered 3 pizzas last night, one a vegetarian for my vegetarian daughter.....she found meat on it! Contacted the head office about it who basically don't appear to care. So don't expect your vegetarian pizza to be vegetarian! Fortunately, I had taken a photo of the pizza as it was being shared between two, one who liked and one who didn't like peppers so we had ordered half and half (both halves veggie, just one without peppers). See if you can spot which is which......After finding the meat, we went back to this photo and can see it. Looks like they don't separate their cutting wheels between veggie and meat as the meat is right in a cut.

Received a call to tell me the delivery driver was outside - driver no where to be seen. We scouted the entire street and found no one. Called the store and spoke to the ‘manager’ who was extremely rude, didn’t apologise once and wasn’t bothered, asked me what I wanted him to do and I said I wanted to him call the driver to see where they were. As a manager myself I find it disrespectful how I was spoken to and when a customer is complaining of bad service an apology goes a long way. I will not use dominions Washington again. Seemed pointless writing a complaint to domino’s also as they were also no use. Will never use again. When you spend just shy of £60 for a family treat, I expect...

Have used them for years. I like the food and they are usually quick. Until today. My order was marked as delivered. A driver was sat outside my house but he didn't bring food. When I went out and spoke to him he said I needed to ring the store to resolve as he had been given the wrong bag. I rang the store 4 time over the following 90 minutes, each time they assured me it would be delivered. My final call 2 hours 30 after original order I asked for a refund. So far they have not sent me a refund ######## Update 19th September. Refund came after complaint...
