Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Surrey Heath

Do not mistake this place for a welcoming place to stop and have lunch . I arrived parked my car and waited for my friend to arrive .

I spent £10 whilst I waited for him to arrive for lunch he was 35 mins late due to heavy traffic. The staff said nothing about scanning my car into the car terminal in the till to avoid receiving a fine of £100 .... my friend arrived and we ordered lunch for 2 ..... unknown to me we stayed over 90 mins and I received a £100 parking fine.

when I called head office they said they did not own the land and referred me to the store ..... when I went to the store the staff laughed at me and seemed quite pleased I had been fined saying " it happens every day " it is beyond me why it is funny.

The fine arrived so late I was only left 2 days to dispute it before the cost escalated ... I raised my complaint with Coast Head office again who timidity responded that they have no real power over the Parking fine company but would look into it ..... however in so doing I am risking the fine escalation to the higher amount.

It is quite clear this is an unfair racket run buy a fine company that does what ever it likes and runs down your opportunity to appeal fairly , Costa don't seem to care about their customers and are happy for them to be unfairly treated , I will now change my attitude and buy from a company that values its clientele , Costa have lost a...

Big girl behind him stated there's a board as you come in with all the hot chocolates. Bit of a rude person, it was dark and not very well lit, so couldn't see the board.

Got a cold chocolate not a hot one. Drank half and threw the rest in the bin.
