Greggs — Restaurant in Surrey Heath

I just had a really great experience at Greggs on Frimley Road. Their systems for the app were not working properly but Jake helped me to sort it out and was so super friendly and helpful. The food was really fresh and delicious having just come out of the oven. After standing in the heavy rain at football and being absolutely soaked and freezing cold, it was just what was needed- hot bakes and sausage rolls along with a delicious cappuccino. Jake also helped lift the mood with his impeccable customer service. Will definitely come here...

Poor.... Bacon overcooked as was the sausage.... Asked what was fresh told bacon and cheese wrap, got 2 mins away from the shop and the lot was stone cold... I ask because it's the difference between me eating it or not... So thanks for the waste of money Gregg's... Won't be...

It's the local Gregg's for my work, so I eat here once every two/three weeks. The staff are friendly, but the food is only hot two thirds of the time. You can hear people in the queue asking before they buy, are these hot? It is a bit hit...
